Why we exist
The hardest financial problems in the world are not in the markets that already work. They are where a school fee takes four intermediaries, where a landlord has no way to check income, where proving you have money is harder than having it.
The people closest to those problems are already building. What stops them is never the idea — it is that the connection layer underneath does not exist, and building it alone takes years they do not have.
So we build the part nobody wants to build. The unglamorous, market-by-market, institution-by-institution work — so the interesting work belongs to whoever is closest to the problem.
Where we go first
Most platforms sequence by market size. We sequence by how badly the connection is missing — because that is where a new product changes an actual outcome instead of shaving a fee.
